What to do if you are madly in love with someone and you don't want them to know.

1. If the other person is in a relationship don’t ever say “You are so lucky to have _______ (insert name of significant other here)”.  We all know that this really means that you are jealous as hell.

2. Don’t make jokes about there being a relationship between the two of you.  If they weren’t already thinking about it…they are now.

3. Be careful when you hug them.  You might accidentally hug them in a romantic way as opposed to a friendly way.  (yes there is a difference)

4. If you were already very friendly with them before you realized that you were in love with them, don’t act less friendly.  This will alert them that something is up.

5. If you have a significant other, don’t talk about them too much, but mention them casually every once in a while.

This was inspired by last week's episode of the L word. If you watch the L word you will get it...if not maybe you will be inspired to watch it.

*hint, hint, nudge, nudge* to all my lesbian friends.

Look in the mirror and tell me with a straight face that you have any idea who the hell the person looking back at you is. Then you can critique my actions.
